1. 

General

 

 

• SVBAC provides business advisory, consultancy, and related services through in-person and online consultations.

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website, online appointment booking system, and payment gateway.

• By booking an appointment or making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

 

 

 

 

2. 

Appointments

 

 

• Appointments can be booked online through our website or via official communication channels.

• Confirmation of appointments is subject to availability and receipt of payment (if applicable).

• Clients are required to provide accurate details at the time of booking.

 

 

 

 

3. 

Payments

 

 

• All fees for services must be paid in advance via the online payment gateway integrated on our website, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Payments are accepted in INR (₹) and are subject to applicable taxes, if any.

• SVBAC reserves the right to revise service charges at any time without prior notice.

 

 

 

 

4. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a last-minute cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.

• Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to consultant availability.

 

 

 

 

5. 

Refund Policy

 

 

• Full Refunds: If an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Partial Refunds: In case of cancellations between 12–24 hours, 50% of the booking fee may be refunded.

• No Refunds: For cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or for no-shows.

• Service Non-Delivery: If SVBAC cancels or is unable to conduct the session, clients are entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

 

 

 

 

6. 

Confidentiality

 

 

• All client information shared during consultations will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

 

 

 

 

7. 

Limitation of Liability

 

 

• SVBAC provides advisory services based on professional expertise and best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.

• SVBAC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.

 

 

 

 

8. 

Intellectual Property

 

 

• All content, materials, and resources shared during consultations or via our website remain the intellectual property of SVBAC.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

 

 

 

9. 

Governing Law

 

 

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
