Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Shree Venkateshwara Business Advisory & Consultancy (SVBAC), we value your time and commitment. To ensure clarity, please review our policy on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for online appointments and payments.

 

 

 

1. Cancellations

 

 

• Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend, will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

 

2. Rescheduling

 

 

• Clients may reschedule their appointment once per booking, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.

 

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

• Full Refunds: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice, or if SVBAC cancels the session.

• Partial Refunds: 50% refund for cancellations between 12–24 hours before the session.

• No Refunds: Cancellations within 12 hours of the session or no-shows.

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

 

 

 

 

4. Exceptions

 

 

• If a technical issue on our side prevents the session from taking place, clients may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

• SVBAC reserves the right to make discretionary exceptions in genuine cases (e.g., medical emergencies).
